Phenoxyethanol based, liquid preservative system suitable for use in both leave-on and rinse-off cosmetic products.
This liquid preservative has a legal maximum inclusion level of 1.1% in both leave-on and rinse-off products with an effective inclusion level of between 0.5% and 1.0%
