The powder reconstitutes at a rate of approx 12.5% and this will then form a 'goats' milk' of equivalent strength to the material used for its manufacture. To prepare: For 1 litre, slowly add 960 ml of water to 125g of Whole Milk Powder, stirring vigorously - or simply use a whisk or electric food mixer ...One level tablespoon of powder is approx. 10g
