| Extended Information | Cranberry fruit powder is a water-soluble powder made by spray-drying the fruit extract. Rich colour and good fragrance/flavour properties it can be used to add texture and colour to some toiletries and cosmetics, where their solubility in water does not present a problem. As a natural dye it is not considered stable in alkali environments. Cranberry Powder is a berry-red colour. |
