A wonderful Stephenson Hair Conditioner base, made with 69.60% organic ingredients and certified to the Soil Association standard.

This Hair Conditioner Base is blended with nourishing Shea Butter, Jojoba, Sunflower, Olive and Coconut oils.

This base is fully formulated, pre-thickened and only requires the addition of essential oils or fragrance.
