Borage oil (Starflower oil) is extremely rich in gamma-linolenic acid (an essential fatty acid) also known as vitamin F. Our bodies don't produce this substance, so it is extremely useful to include it in our diet and skin-care products. Borage oil may benefit people suffered from rheumatoid arthritis. Recent double blind studies have shown some benefit of borage oil in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with negligible side effects.
This oil is cold-pressed and refined.The refining process includes deodorising and bleaching.
